How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, and more.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery charges vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?

Are your perfumes alcohol-based?
Yes, our perfumes are alcohol-based Eau de Parfum — this ensures the best projection and longevity of the fragrance.
Which perfume is best for gifting?
All Rosynel fragrances come in elegant, gift-ready packaging. Popular gift choices include Regal Oud for men and Bloom for women.
Are these original fragrances?
Yes! All Rosynel fragrances are 100% original and crafted exclusively under our brand. We do not sell copies or replicas.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, incorrect, or unopened. Please see our full Refund & Return Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos/video of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund within 24–48 hours.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
