At Rosynel, we take pride in the quality of every fragrance we deliver. Your satisfaction is our commitment. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • ✅ The product was delivered damaged or broken
  • ✅ You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • ✅ The bottle is unopened and unused (seal intact)
  • ✅ Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • ❌ Opened or used perfume bottles
  • ❌ Items without original packaging
  • ❌ Products not purchased from Rosynel's official store
  • ❌ Returns requested after 3 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order details and reason for return
  3. Send clear photos/video of the product condition via WhatsApp
  4. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • COD Orders: Refund will be transferred via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3–5 business days
  • Advance Payment Orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or wrong item, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Advance Payment — 10% Discount

Customers who pay 10% advance on COD orders receive a special discount. In case of cancellation after advance payment, the advance amount is non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us on WhatsApp immediately if you wish to cancel.
